Instructions

1. Muddle the cherries until they release all their juice.

2. Add the elixir, lemon juice, and aquafaba or egg white.

3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until cold and frothy.

4. Strain into a chilled glass.

5. Garnish with cherries and a proud little rosemary sprig.
