Mama Sour

A bright, citrusy sour with subtle spice from our sour cherry turmeric elixir, lush cherry tartness, and a silky foam top. Fresh, fun, and just a little bit fancy.
Instructions

Muddle the cherries until they release all their juice.

Add the elixir, lemon juice, and aquafaba or egg white.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until cold and frothy.

Strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with cherries and a proud little rosemary sprig.
Tips & Variations

Extra foam: Shake once without ice (dry shake), then again with ice for a silky top.

Sweeter version: Add ½ oz simple syrup to balance the tartness.

Fancier garnish: Add a cocktail cherry or dehydrated lemon wheel.
